What documents do I need to hire a vehicle?

You will need a valid driver's license, national ID or passport, and proof of address. For corporate hires, a company letter may be required. All documents must be original and not expired.

Is there a minimum hire period?

Our minimum hire period is 24 hours. We also offer hourly rates for short trips within Lusaka. For long-term hires, we offer special monthly and yearly packages with discounted rates.

Do you provide drivers with the vehicles?

Yes, we offer both self-drive and chauffeur-driven options. Our professional drivers are licensed, experienced, and familiar with routes across Lusaka and Zambia. Driver hire comes at an additional cost.

What happens if the vehicle breaks down?

All our vehicles are regularly maintained to prevent breakdowns. However, in the unlikely event of a breakdown, we provide 24/7 roadside assistance and will arrange a replacement vehicle as quickly as possible.

Can I hire a vehicle for travel outside Lusaka?

Yes, we allow travel to other cities and provinces in Zambia. Please inform us of your travel plans when booking so we can provide the appropriate vehicle and documentation. Cross-border travel requires prior arrangement.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, bank transfer, mobile money (Airtel Money, MTN Mobile Money), and card payments. A deposit may be required for certain vehicle categories. Full payment is due before or at the time of vehicle collection.
